Looked to see if there is any Persian mythology surrounding this volcano that is connected to their divine/gods and they do have, Khidr...very interesting. Our divine ancestors would have purposely entwined mythology around significant volcanoes they would have also had knowledge of their eruptive patterns.
If there is so much conjecture about him he must of have been important....he has all the hallmarks of a divine human, note the title of "The Green One"...
