The Philosophers Atrium

Seekers! You cannot be afraid to disagree with modern spiritualists if what they relay isn't supported by the Ancient Texts, even if these spiritualists are popular and revered. People like Rudolf Stiener, Manly P Hall, Helena Blavatsky etc are not the Holy Gospel of Truth. Yes they were enlightened, yes they had possession of some truths but that doesn't mean every statement they made was 100% accurate. Nobody can ever get it 100% right because the way the knowledge is occulted always leaves some room for interpretation but the core tenets never change. The only source of Knowledge that will get it 100% are the Ancient Texts.

I see many people foregoing the work and their due diligence in seeking out an understanding for this Knowledge because they just default to their favorite spiritualist and believe everything they say instead. That is not seeking knowledge, that is seeking opinions and it's not a behavior that will be rewarded because it shows a lack of trust in one's own intellect.

These modern Philosophers have their place and we should always be thankful that such illumined minds existed to help us join our own dots, but we should never allow their words to supersede the Ancient Texts and our own intellect. There is no other way of gaining an understanding for this Knowledge unless you spend years studying the Ancient Texts. You can't just defer to what your favorite spiritualist says about them instead. If you believe just reading Rudolf Steiner or Manly P Hall is all it's going to take for you to reach enlightenment then you are in for a huge disappointment and unfortunately if you are mortal the price will be your soul.

Bacsen saith:- O all ye seekers after this Art, ye can reach no useful result without a patient, laborious, and solicitous soul, persevering courage, and continuous regimen. He, therefore, who is willing to Persevere in this disposition, and would enjoy the result, may enter upon it, but he who desires to learn over speedily, must not have recourse to our books, for they impose great labour before they are read in their higher sense, once, twice, or thrice. - Turba Philosophorum Hermes

I was trapped in the cycle of defaulting for a long time. I snapped out of it once I realized I had already went way past the same people that were supposedly teaching by witnessing the changes and various "coincidence" and eventually I found you. I've followed you for years and I've always tested things stated by you and I've found very little evidence that you've misled me at any point. You've helped my life tremendously and I always was grateful you had the motto and agenda that aligned with my own. Your words still true to me this day.
