Okay this was absolutely intentional, there is no way they didn't know that their masts would not fit under the bridge, all these specifications are lodged with the port authority beforehand. The media are reporting that this is a "Mexican military training vessel" ...they are laughing at us folks, they think we are a joke and unfortunately as a society we fkn are.
