Trump says US will distribute aid to farmers until tariffs kick in to their benefit
Throwing them some crumbs to keep them hopeful but he's just fucking with them, it wasn't a policy just a remark he made to journalists who asked him a question. China is no longer buying US soybeans, so no pittance from tariff aid is going to keep them from going bankrupt before they find a new crop and a new buyer.
