Purposely destroying housing affordability for Australians, they removed the tax breaks that property investors used to benefit from. This means you're going to see another huge increase in rents, as well as many small time property investors leaving the market too, resulting in less rental properties. All while the traitorous fucks in our government continue to important a million immigrants every year. Interesting these 2nd world immigrants somehow end up living in 800K houses, with two new cars and a job as a cleaner at the local shopping center.
BTW just more of their divide and conquer between the generations, it's not just Gen Z who are being screwed over regarding housing, the Millennials are just as fkn screwed, so are divorced/single Gen Xers and Boomers who have been living alone. There is a literal homeless crisis effecting woman in their late 50s and 60s now because they can no longer afford to rent on their own. They really have fucked us proper, all downhill from here unfortunately.
