Christ and Jesus have two separate meanings, Jesus is the symbol for the first born divine male, Christ is the divine portion we carry within our souls. This is why Jesus is called Jesus the Christ, because he has the largest divine portion of all humanity. The lamb is another symbol for the divine portion within the soul and again, Jesus is the Lamb because he holds it to a higher degree than any other human.
